Please Note: Apollo Music Therapy practice is self-pay only. We currently do not accept insurance. I can provide a bill that shows a list of services you have received and you can submit it to your FHA/FSA or insurance company. I am unable to determine if your insurance company will provide reimbursement.

For individual sessions (in person or virtual)...

Initial Evaluation

The initial evaluation is approximately 90 minutes. Cost: $150
Payment is due at the time of service.

Follow-up Sessions

Each follow-up 50-minute session is $125.
A minimum commitment of four sessions is required. Payment is due at the time of service or purchase a package of four sessions at $450.

For group sessions (in person only)...

Initial Evaluation

The initial evaluation is approximately 90 minutes. Cost: $150
Payment is due at the time of service. The initial evaluation is waived if you have received individual sessions.

Follow-up Sessions

6-week closed-group/meets once a week for 90 minutes per session; ~7 participants per group. Cost: $450 per participant.
8-week closed-group/meets once a week; 90 minutes per session; ~7 participants per group. Cost: $550 per participant.
